On ice instruction will include wrist shots, snap shots, slap shots, backhands, one-timers, in-tight shooting, and tipping. Puck control exercises will include work on stick handling, tight turns, pivoting, and dekes. Participants will be taught to understand the effects of puck and body movements have on goaltenders.
