On ice defense specific instruction will include; foot speed and agility drills, pivots, explosive backward strides, shot blocking, one-timers, 1on1's, 2on1's, coverage techniques, playing under pressure etc.
- 2 hours Ice time daily (1 hour off ice training)
- Training camp atmosphere with professional coaches
- Drills designed to focus on individual skills
- Limited number of skaters per group
- Half day program
